4. Refund Policy

GealWhisper is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Mice, Keyboards, or Headphones, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

4.2 Defective or Damaged Products

We will provide instructions for returning the defective item. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable shipping charges, or offer a replacement at your discretion.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items
